Find a perspective that prompts you to dig deeper.

My biggest tip to evolve into your highest self is to have a CLEAR vision. How does your highest self feel? What do they look like? How do they handle conflict? What does their morning routine consist of? Who do they surround themselves with? What do you say yes to, or more importantly, no to? Define what you are working towards, and know that your highest self isn’t reserved for a future version of you – they are you, right now, you just have to dig a little.

A little about me...

Adelina Ehrhard is an American facilitator, adventurer, and entrepreneur based in Sydney, Australia.

She has lived in the United States, Costa Rica, and Thailand before deciding to establish roots in Australia, where her partner is originally from.

After embarking on her own long and fulfilling journey of self-discovery, she now aims to create a nurturing space for others and foster an environment that encourages them to explore deeper depths within themselves, empowering them to shape the life they desire.

Spending most of her adult life working as a technical recruiter, Adelina realized the importance of balance when an abrupt health scare prompted her and her partner to reassess their priorities. Nowadays, she spends her days freediving, running a wellness business with her partner, and working as a deckhand whenever the call of the open sea beckons.
